Provisional Recce Schedule

Recce has been moved to start 30 minutes earlier to provide competitors with a larger gap between recce and competition.

Two pass reconnaissance ("recce") will commence at headquarters (HQ) at 7:15am with a transit to the south end of the stage, preparing to head northbound. There is no time control at HQ for Recce.

All northbound recce passes correspond to Stages 2 and 4. At the end of the northbound pass cars will turnaround at the Airport Rd junction to prepare for a southbound pass. All southbound passes correspond to Stages 1, 3 and 5.

While the stage road will be open to public traffic during recce, access to the road by competitors will be strictly controlled at both stage ends. A lead car (Recce 0) and a following car (Recce 99) under the control of the rally will escort competitors ON TIME starting at 7:30am. Cars should enter the stage at approximately 30 second intervals. Recce cars arriving past the departure of Recce 99 will miss that pass of recce.

Competitors may opt to skip either pass of recce, or do both passes, but may not go against the direction of recce traffic at any time (local traffic is exempted, so competitors must exercise every caution). The recce schedule is based on an average speed of 30 kph. Recce passes will start no earlier than the scheduled Recce 0 times. Any changes to this provision schedule will be posted on the Official Notice Board.
